What's the Cancellation policy?
A deposit of 50% of the total reservation will be charged at the time of booking. If you cancel your reservation at least 5 days prior your check-in date, you will not be charged and the deposit will be returned to you. If you cancel your reservation within 5 days prior to your check-in date, or no-show, the deposit charged will not be returned.
What methods of Payment do you accept?
We offer various convenient payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
A deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due upon check-in.
What's the Hotel Location & where's the Entrance?
We locate at 5359 River Road, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, at the intersection of River Road and Eastwood Crescent. The access to our parking lot is on Eastwood Crescent.
Our primary entrance is marked by a prominent RED door facing the parking lot.
Can I get a Early check-in or Late check-out?
Regular Check-in time: 3:00PM
Regular Check-out time: 11:00AM
We offer the convenience of early check-ins if your room is ready, and our friendly staff is more than happy to provide luggage storage if you arrive before your check-in time.
We do offer a late check out at 12:00 PM with additional, which can be booked at the front desk.
Are Pets allowed?
We welcome registered service animals to ensure comfort and accessibility for all our guests. While we appreciate your love for pets, we regret that we are not able to accommodate other pets in our establishment due to health and safety concerns.
Is Parking included?
For your convenience, we offer complimentary parking for the duration of your stay. Each room is entitled to one (1) parking space, however due to space limitation and zoning by-laws we regret that no RVs or trailers are allowed on site.
Do you offer Breakfast and is it included?
Yes, a made-to-order breakfast is included everyday for the duration of your stay. Enjoy a delicious complimentary breakfast freshly prepared by our chef Joseph, featuring a full assortment of in-house baked pastries, seasonal fruits, and a variety of hot and cold beverages.
Is Wi-Fi included?
For your convenience, we offer secure high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. Enjoy seamless connectivity in all common areas and every room.
What Amenities do you offer?
We offer a complete assortment of high-quality body lotions, shampoos, conditioners, body washes, etc.
Additionally, we provide toothpicks, Q-tips, toothbrushes, slippers, irons with ironing boards, and an ice bucket. If you require any of these additional items, simply let the front desk know, and we'll be happy to assist you.
What Amenities are an additional fee?
In addition to the in-room amenities, we offer complimentary water and hot beverages in the dining area. Please note that additional fees apply for dinner requests and service packages. For more information, feel free to contact the front desk.
Is Smoking allowed at the property?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the hotel. For your convenience, we have a designated smoking area located by our parking lot.
Can we walk to the Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill?
Yes, we locate within walking distance of the Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill, making it a comfortable 10-minute walk to these popular attractions.
How close is public transportation?
Public transportation in Niagara Falls, Ontario is called WEGO, and there is a convenient WEGO bus stop in front of the Bird Kingdom, just one block south of our property (2 mins). Additionally, the GO Transit stop is within walking distance (15 mins) of the hotel, providing easy access to further travel.
What is the best way to travel to The Grandview Boutique hotel?
You can travel to the Grandview Boutique Hotel by car or public transit as we are close to the highway if travelling by car and close to a bus stop if travelling by public transportation.
